The Products supplied by Bargain Tiles are those described in the relevant product listing on our Website, together with any product specifications, user instructions, manuals or safety information provided before the contract is formed.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices displayed on our Website are accurate. However:

• Product images are provided for illustration purposes only.
• Colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
• Measurements, weights and dimensions may be subject to minor manufacturing tolerances.
• Packaging may differ from the images shown on the Website.

Despite these minor differences, the Products supplied will substantially match their description.

Some Products may require assembly, setup, inspection or adjustment after delivery. Where applicable, you must follow all instructions, safety guidance and maintenance information supplied with the Product before use.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. We are legally required to supply Products that are:

• As described.
• Fit for purpose.
• Of satisfactory quality.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership (title) of the Products passes to you once we have received full payment for those Products.

The risk of loss or damage remains with Bargain Tiles until the Products come into the physical possession of:

• You; or
• A person authorised by you to receive the Products.

Faulty Products

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

If any Product supplied by us is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or not fit for its intended purpose, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided on our Website.

Depending upon the circumstances, your legal remedies may include:

• Rejecting the Product and receiving a refund.
• Repair or replacement.
• A price reduction.
• The final right to reject the Product and receive a refund where permitted by law.

Where permitted by law, we may ask you to provide reasonable information to help us assess the issue, including:

• Photographs of the Product.
• A description of the fault.
• Returning the Product for inspection.

If the Product is confirmed to be faulty or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, we will provide the appropriate legal remedy and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the Product.

Manufacturer guarantees or warranties are separate from your statutory rights and do not replace them.

Where a fault relates to Products that have already been installed, fitted, cut, drilled, grouted, wired, plumbed, assembled or otherwise used, we may ask for additional information such as photographs, installation details or comments from the installer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms requires us to provide a refund, repair or replacement where the problem has resulted from:

• Fair wear and tear.
• Accidental damage.
• Misuse or neglect.
• Failure to follow installation, assembly, safety or maintenance instructions.
• Unauthorised modification.
• Use that is inconsistent with the Product instructions or intended purpose.

This exclusion applies only where permitted by law and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Manufacturer Guarantees

Some Products may include a manufacturer's guarantee or warranty.

Where applicable, details of any manufacturer's guarantee will be included with the Product, shown on the product page or otherwise made available to you before purchase.

Manufacturer guarantees are separate from and in addition to your statutory rights against Bargain Tiles.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to deal directly with the manufacturer where you have legal rights against Bargain Tiles as the seller.
